From my first years in ministry when I was starting a congregation to these recent years as an interim minister, I’ve remained active in justice work. My justice ministries have included advocating for marriage equality for LGBTQ people and for women's reproductive rights with Planned Parenthood. I’ve served on many boards, including boards of several Planned Parenthood affiliates in New York and Oregon.
In the first picture I am at a pro-choice demonstration in front of the Supreme Court this past Winter. In the picture below a rabbi, imam, and I offered blessings for trees being planted in memory of the victims of the shootings at the Indianapolis FedEx facility in April, 2021.
